2. What data we process

When you submit the reservation inquiry form, we process only the data you provide: your full name, email address, preferred arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and the text of your message. No personal data is collected while browsing the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed so that we can respond to your inquiry and arrange a reservation — these are steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep copies of the inquiries sent for our records and to resolve possible disputes on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Data recipients and processors

Inquiries are sent by email, and copies of the inquiries are stored in a database we manage. The data is processed in data centres within the European Economic Area (EEA). If data were transferred outside the EEA, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission would apply. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

We keep inquiry data for 12 MONTHS from the date the inquiry was submitted.
